The quickest way to reach MotRadar is by email. Every message is read by the developer who builds and maintains the site.
Email MotRadar
Email support@motradar.co.uk. MotRadar aims to reply within two working days, Monday to Friday. Enquiries are handled in English.
To help us answer quickly, put the topic in the subject line, for example Correction, Privacy or Business, and include the page address if your message is about a specific page.
Wrong or missing MOT record
MotRadar shows the DVSA record exactly as DVSA holds it. We cannot edit, add or remove an MOT test result, a mileage reading or a recorded defect.
If a test is missing, a mileage figure is wrong or a defect has been recorded against the wrong vehicle, contact the MOT centre that carried out the test first. If that does not resolve it, contact DVSA. Once DVSA corrects its record, MotRadar shows the corrected version automatically.
If the record is right but MotRadar displays it incorrectly, that is ours to fix. Tell us what you searched for and what looked wrong.
Privacy and data requests
Questions about how MotRadar handles data, or a request under UK GDPR, go to the same address with Privacy in the subject line. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, how long it is kept and what MotRadar does not do with it.
Something is broken
If a lookup fails, a page displays badly or a guide contains a mistake, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened and which browser and device you were using. Corrections to the guides are welcome.
Press, listings and partnerships
Press enquiries, directory listings and integration questions go to the same address with Business in the subject line. MotRadar does not sell placement inside MOT reports.
What we cannot help with
MotRadar cannot tell you who owns a vehicle, look up insurance or finance status, book an MOT for you, give legal advice about driving without a valid MOT, or run bulk lookups for a trade business. The Terms of Service set out the full position.
